Davy Hunt is the best plumber I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Courteous, polite and very friendly and exceptionally good at what he does. Ask for him specifically. 6 stars out of 5. Thank you
After investigating, multiple breaks were repaired after the water meters. Stayed until full repair was completed and disturbed area repaired. Great job. I will consider hiring Ben Franklin for any additional repairs needed.
Quick to respond and get out to look at the job. Excellent work, done quickly and prices were reasonable. Davy was great.
Very prompt response and very friendly and courteous people. Highly recommend.
Great experience with this new company. John, the owner, was extremely helpful in his initial visit. Follow up appointments were needed and Hugo was assigned as our technician. Hugo was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything and completed everything well. Will definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to friends and family.
Great service, worked over allotted time and did not charge more than agreed. Good guys, very pleased and will use again!
Needed a new well pump installed. Exceptional customer service, responsiveness, flexibility, communication, timeliness, quality, and technical expertise, all at a fair price. Highly recommend!
Hugo arrived at my house within the window of time I was expecting which was helpful. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He gave me several options including an option to finance the replacement of my hot water heater. In short, he was kind, courteous and professional.
