Water service line repair and replacement, including pressure-regulator (PRV) service for the higher water pressure common in the El Dorado Hills foothills.
Well pump repair and replacement and pressure-tank service for the foothill and rural-edge homes that rely on private wells.
Pool leak detection and pool pump service for the many pools that come with Sacramento's hot summers.
Outdoor plumbing service for hose bibs, irrigation lines, and water-saving fixtures that help manage use through long, dry summers and drought.
Faucets, toilets, showers, sinks, and garbage disposals repaired and installed.
Commercial plumbing service for the area's businesses, offices, restaurants, retail, and multi-family properties.
Rancho Cordova isn't a single water system: the city is served by Golden State Water and California American Water along with the Sacramento County Water Agency, drawing on a blend of American River surface water and local groundwater that runs moderately hard so water softeners and filtration are common upgrades to protect water heaters and fixtures from scale. Sewer service comes through the regional SacSewer system.
The housing splits between older neighborhoods near the original town center, mid-century homes with galvanized pipe on slab foundations, where repiping and slab leak detection are common and the newer master-planned communities like Sunridge and Anatolia, where tankless water heaters, softeners, and fixture work lead. Mature trees in the older areas mean root-invaded sewers and hydro jetting, hot summers drive heavy water use, and the city's business parks rely on dependable commercial plumbing.
As the hometown team, we know Rancho Cordova's older neighborhoods and its new developments alike repiping: slab leaks, and root-sewer work for the established homes, and tankless, softeners, and fixtures for the new ones, plus commercial plumbing for the business parks. Our stocked trucks resolve most calls on the first visit, and we serve the whole city on time, guaranteed.

Rancho Cordova's seasons set the rhythm. Before summer's heavy use, flush your water heater (the area's hard water builds scale) and watch for slab-leak signs. In fall, jet older sewer lines before roots cause a backup. Protect exposed hose bibs during winter cold snaps, and use spring to check irrigation and conserve water.

I highly recommend this company. They were quick and responsive in scheduling my service, and the plumber they sent out was fantastic. Sometimes it’s hard to find a plumber, but search no more. Use them! I certainly will use them again. Most importantly, their prices are very reasonable and competitive.

Outstanding experience! A polite young man Mr. Amado handled a small repair for us, and everything went seamlessly. Scheduling through the call center was quick, communication was stellar, and the pricing and workmanship were top-notch. As someone who has worked in the service industry for a long time, I truly appreciate the commitment to customer service and communication training shown here. The quality of work still needs to stand the test of time, but the overall experience was 10 out of 10. I won't hesitate to use them again!

Daniel was great!! He was very prompt and explained the workings of the new water heater. The company is awesome. Now you could find a cheaper water heater and cheaper labor but I tried one of those water heaters from the big box store and it failed after only 4 years. The ones that Benjamin Franklin sells are MADE IN THE USA instead of a foreign country. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!

10/10, no doubt about it. Lucas was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our water heater that left us without hot water or heat this fall. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained his findings in excellent detail, and got everything fixed. He also went the extra mile in a couple of ways I didn’t expect, which I really appreciated. I’d absolutely recommend Lucas!

We had our water heater repaired and had a new water filter system installed after the technician suggested it. He was friendly and factual. After his visit we had to have another repair man to set the water heater temperature. Now it is working fine.

Christian was a very kind and pleasant young man. He did an exceptional job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and incinerator. He was thorough and helped to get the smell out of our pipes I would recommend him for any job.

Our plumber, Jared was efficient and understood our issue quickly! Very respectful of us and property and we highly recommend this company.

A full gas water heater installation -- quick install with courteous service. Jon Hare and Luke Stelly gave excellent advice and were finished with the install in less 3 hours (including purchasing the unit itself)! Thanks!

Luke was awesome! I am so happy that I picked your company to do my repair! I will be using your company again. Thank you for your awesome service! I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing service done at their home!

The guys were personable, have plumbing experience and seemed knowledgeable of the situation.
The city isn't a water provider. Golden State Water, California American Water, and the Sacramento County Water Agency serve different areas, drawing on American River water and groundwater. The water is moderately hard, so many homes add a softener. We work with all of them.
Often, yes. Galvanized pipe corrodes and restricts flow. If you have low pressure, rusty water, or repeated leaks, repiping is a lasting fix. We inspect and recommend honestly.
Absolutely Sunridge, Anatolia, the Villages of Zinfandel, and the rest. We handle tankless water heaters, softeners, fixtures, and repairs, with up-front pricing.
Warm floor spots, running-water sounds, unexplained high bills, or low pressure can signal a slab leak. We pinpoint it with non-destructive detection.
Yes, our emergency plumbers answer 24/7, every day, with the On-Time Guarantee and no after-hours fees.
