Very good response time. Came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, offered a choice of solutions with accurate cost estimates and installed the water heater the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Nice company to do business with.
Big thanks to Kyle for getting our annual service complete. We had a question about how well the anode was doing and whether we needed a replacement, Kyle pulled the rod and checked for us and shared a photo. We quickly chatted through some remaining questions and wrapped up the service. Thanks again Kyle, appreciate the explanation, speed and professionalism.

Nicholas was great. Texted to make sure I was home. Called when he arrived. He answered all my questions about the sink and others I had about toilet replacement. He was friendly and courteous.
I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing around 9:30 pm and the lady who answered the phone was friendly and provided quick support. She scheduled me for an appointment ASAP and technician Robert arrived within about 45 minutes. They texted me Robert's photo beforehand, and he arrived in a marked company vehicle, which I appreciated. He also was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend.
Jhonatan Trejo was the technician sent out to fix a cut pipe from a previous tankless water heater installation. It turned out the reason for the capping was a leak in the crawl space of my 120 year-old house. Then it was like knocking over a row of dominos and eventually Jhonatan found seven leaks. He was excellent about keeping me apprised of every new leak he found. What was supposed to be a quick job turned into an all-day affair. One of the leaks was from a relatvely new faucet which I asked him to replace. He found the exact same faucett for me! When we were wrapping everything up I asked Jhonatan what the cause of the leaks might have been. He suspected a spike in the water pressure from the city. He's now going to install a device to regulate the water psi. I can't express how wonderful Jhonatan was throughout everything. He went so far beyond my expectations that I will specifically ask for him in the future!
