Ryan & Jake were absolutely phenomenal! They hey installed our water softener. They provided Great customer service and stayed late to make sure they did the job correctly. I appreciate their hard work and diligence . The dispatcher Dalia was also so helpful and so kind. This company was so amazing to me and my family and they treat military families so well. Thank you so much

Shout out to Ryan at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He agreed to come out for a plumbing emergency at the last minute at 4pm on a Friday. He was at my door thirty minutes after I called! And he was efficient, cheerful, and fiscally reasonable. I am so grateful that Ryan fixed a situation that could easily turned into a disaster. We just moved to the area and I now know who I will call first for any plumbing problem. I highly recommend Ryan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple.

We had new faucets and shower faucet repaired by one of the most efficient and friendly young man. Jacob was a real pleasure having in our home. Will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for future plumbing issues. On time and explained everything he was doing. Thank you! Linda & Gary Schmiedekamp

Jake came right away. He was able to hook my gas stove quickly, he also did a bubble test to make sure there were no leaks. He explained everything. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin & especially Jake! Thank you Jake! 👍🏾😁

Working with Benjamin Franklin has been an excellent experience from start to finish. I reached out to them for a second opinion after having a bad experience with another company. I requested a quote online around 9pm on a Sunday and received a call within 15 minutes. James came out the next day to do an estimate, explained the situation clearly, provided multiple options, and the tunneling crew was at the house the following morning. In addition to the promptness, the customer service from everyone I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. I’m over 1,200 miles away and needed someone I could trust not to take advantage of the situation. James built that trust immediately with his straightforward honesty and has been my point of contact throughout the process. He’s gone above and beyond by making himself available whenever I needed something and keeping me informed every step of the way. I also appreciated the communication and professionalism throughout the project. I received updates whenever James and his helper Larry were on their way to the house, and it gave me peace of mind knowing they were personally there overseeing the work.
