I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an unexpected issue with my sump pump. I am not in town at the moment and they made everything easy and simple to set up the appt. Brent came in and assessed the old water heater leak at bottom of unit not repairable, base area all corroded. Gave replacements options and we signed on the spot for him to install new water heater. He went over whole process and then went to work. Outstanding job. From start on inspection to completion only 2 1/2 hrs. Wore boot slips on boots, rolled out runners on carpet, hauled old heater out and cleaned up then reviewed features on new water heater. A very nice gentleman.
