Rodney did an excellent job!! Our water heater was just fine!! We filled the washer and ran a short cycle!! Found out the drain behind the washer was leaking!! This is where the washer empties into!! We are happy customers!!
Howard did a great job replacing 5 shut off valves, installing a faucet and a toilet tank. He is meticulous and takes the time to verify the work is done right. A plumber these days is expensive and Benjamin Franklin is at the upper end in terms of service charges. They do good work and get the job done.

Jeff has done our annual inspection the last 2 years and we always look forward to seeing him. Hes very kind and thorough with his inspection. His boss Matt is an awesome guy as well. We had alot of tiny plumbing problems to be done and we were on the verge of needing a new water heater and Matt gave us a deal of a lifetime. We also had a water filtration system installed. They were out the next day and everything was done and taken care of by sundown. A huge thanks to Matt and Jeff for getting us taken care of.
Junior, Humberto and Jonathan put in a new septic system at our house and they are excellent, skilled plumbers and technicians, who communicated very well with us about the design. We are so pleased with how they made things work. They are hard working and put a lot of care into their work. We are grateful to have had them do this work. They really are the best!
Devin was great! He came to my house promptly and was very helpful. Not only fixed my bath tub leak but gave some helpful tips and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling him in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
