Had an old corroded section of pipe in my outdoor gas fire pit that needed to be replaced. The ring where flames are dispensed was also severely corroded. Jake with Benjamin Franklin helped me get all the right replacement parts for the repair, and delivered exceptional service with a smile. 5 stars.

Such a great service! Will definitely be using their service again in the future! Jake was fantastic with walking me through the issues and explaining several options to approach fixing it. Duncan did a terrific job replacing and installing our sink/facet/disposal. The work was completed quickly and the finishing look is stunning.

I was very happy with my service today. Joe did an amazing job. He called ahead giving us plenty of time to be ready, he was very friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and proficiently. So even though this was devastating to have this plumbing emergency, it cost money we never planned and stressed us out. We really felt reassured and glad with our experience and I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin services again.

I recently moved into a new home and had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing perform a plumbing inspection and assessment. Jack thoroughly reviewed the system, explained his recommendations, and prioritized the items that needed attention without any sales pressure to do everything. Once I chose the work I wanted completed, Jared arrived the same day, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. The entire experience was professional and hassle-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Today I was assisted by Jake in troubleshooting some work that had been done by another company. I needed to see what I should have been charged and expected in return for my payment. I sent a couple of photos of the work, to Jake, told him what I had paid, and what my concerns were. He was very professional, direct and straightforward with his answers. I now feel I can move forward, knowing what should have been discussed and done that wasn't. I will be contacting the other company today with more confidence. I appreciated Jake's advice and recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to folks who want to have the job done right. I also really appreciated the fact that I was not charged for this information, and even if Jake had come to my home to see the work, it would have been a free estimate.
