A well-intentioned neighbor removed a stuck water hose from my front yard faucet and broke the water pipe in the process. He repaired the break with a shark-bite fitting, which worked for a few hours but started leaking. Well-intentions notwithstanding, I recognized I needed a professional and called Benjamin Franklin. Micah Moore arrived at the appointment time, assessed the damage, and made the repair: he removed the fitting, welded the pipe and installed a new faucet. Micah is skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He made time to answer my questions and made me feel confident the repair would hold. It was a great experience and as an ancillary bonus, I learned about PVC vs poly and metal pipes and water pressure! Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience! Their customer service was friendly and professional and they quickly scheduled my appointment. The plumber was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently with no hidden fees, making it a truly excellent service. Delta faucet hose was leaking and Seth creatively made it work while Delta sent us a new faucet. He was ready to put it in as soon as we got it. Great, friendly service

They showed up exactly when they said they would (which is rare these days!), and the plumber was knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly skilled at what he does. He took the time to explain everything to me, made sure I understood the problem and the solution, and got the job done efficiently. Not only was the work done right the first time, but he also left the area cleaner than he found it — which I really appreciated! It’s hard to find a company that truly values its customers and stands by its work, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Chad was professional and took care of my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. They recommended a water removal company that also responded quickly. I was VERY pleasantly surprised when my call was answered by a person rather than an answering system on a Sunday! Our tech was Logan Gates. I received a text message from Ben Franklin Plumbing along with Logan's photo when he was on his way after completing another job. Logan found the leak in our lower level ceiling, repaired it and did some additional minor upgrades we requested. Logan was very courteous and cleaned up the work area prior to leaving our home.
The technician, his assistance were very courteous and answered all my questions. They were able to fix my problem and the pricing was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
