When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes. Called on Sunday due to a leak. Very responsive. Nicholas came out and checked things and was in contact with his supervisor Tom who also came over. After much evaluation it was determined a pipe had broken under the foundation. They began repairs the very next day.
