Brandon was very informative and honest. We learned things we knew nothing about as newer home owners.

Highly recommend! Davy did a fantastic job and was fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. His friendly, kind manner and expertise made the whole experience even better. So grateful for the excellent service! So grateful for this amazing company!!! Thank you all!!!

I had a fantastic experience with the lead plumber Brandon White. I called Benjamin Franklin to get a second opinion on a quote from another company, and he went above and beyond. He sent Benjamin & he came over the same day, he reassured me that the work recommended by the competitor was indeed necessary, reasonably priced, and completely aligned with the standard of work his team would provide. I was impressed with his honesty, he also explained why the work was necessary in terms that were easy to understand. His professionalism, and integrity gave me total peace of mind. I highly recommend Brandon White the lead plumber at Benjamin Franklin for anyone looking for a trustworthy professional!

Did a great job for a fair price. Arrived on time. Did excellent, professional work, cleaned up afterwards and was courteous through the entire time. Met ALL my expectations.

Scheduling service was easy and the discussion of the work I needed performed occurred at my house and options were discussed. Once we decided on the items to be replaced and the work to be performed, I received the cost estimate and we scheduled a date for the work. Davy showed up on-time to perform the work and was very thorough in getting the job finished. The work was accomplished in the time allotted and Davy provided a detailed review of the work. Highly recommend contacting Erin and his team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get top quality, reliable work at a fair price!

Brandon is personable, competent, thorough!!!

Davy Hunt is the best plumber I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Courteous, polite and very friendly and exceptionally good at what he does. Ask for him specifically. 6 stars out of 5. Thank you

Very prompt response and very friendly and courteous people. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this new company. John, the owner, was extremely helpful in his initial visit. Follow up appointments were needed and Hugo was assigned as our technician. Hugo was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything and completed everything well. Will definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to friends and family.
