Evan and Eric have been to our house several times over the years and we have nothing but good things to say about these guys as well as Benjamin Franklin. They are thorough, accurate and professional. I would never have anyone else to fix our plumbing. Great company.
I had Joe and Ben out at my house today and they did a fantastic job! They figured out my damp basement walls/downspout issue that no one else was able to figure out. They had no problem going into my creepy crawl space and didn’t give up until they figured the problem out. They were very kind, professional, knowledgable and explained things very well. I highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
Both sides of my kitchen sink was clogged. After trying plunging, baking soda & vinegar, and cleaning out the pipes under the sink with no success, a friend recommended Benjamin Franklin. I called & gave some information over the phone and Josh arrived within 2 hours. He was great. Very professional and polite, he explained everything and told me the payment options upfront and got my sink going again in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Josh!!
We have had 2 experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Once last week to diagnose the problem and this week to service our equipment. Each instance was with a different technician and each of them were great. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and straightforward. They came same day to diagnose and then we scheduled our service. Reasonable pricing compared to others we had looked into. So glad we chose this company.
Jack did an outstanding service on a challenging drain issue. The courtyard drain was not draining and we had had standing water. Jack took it as a challenge and succeeded in correcting the issue. He was professional, polite and honest. He was also assisted by Wes and ditto for him as well. I liked the sevice so much I signed up for their maintenance plan. The hosts at 98.9 WORD radio were right, Benjamin Franklin was the right company to call.
We had a backed up drain with standing water. Daniel arrived and figured out the best course of action. He did everything very professionally making sure I knew what was going on and doing a thorough job. I couldn't be happier with the results, especially with the amount of grease build up he had to combat in the drain. But Daniels skill and professionalism will make me go with Ben Franklin plumbing in the future.
The 2 gentlemen that came to my house today to perform work on my water heater was very knowledgeable about the work they were going to perform, they explained everything that they were going to do from start to finish and they they were very friendly and professional. Ben Franklin visited twice: first to replace ancient corroding bath pipes behind my dining room ceiling, then to replace the equally deteriorating major sewage pipes in my basement. Ray and his team did an excellent job putting in new PVC pipes and ensuring appropriate angling of pipes. Everyone was punctual, professional and polite. They all worked hard to complete everything on time and within budget. I knew I was in good hands and am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Ben Franklin again.
Danny Doolittle did an exemplary job as usual. He always is on time and takes his time. Explains everything to me, sometimes twice, and does an outstanding job? I never have to call him back. To fix something. I one hundred percent recommend him to do any work that you need.
