Our experience began with Stella. she was a delight to work with to get someone out to look at the job. We wanted a natural gas line tied into our existing service then run outside for a Grill and a Blackstone. Mark Griffin came out and was more than friendly and reviewed what we needed. within 30 minutes he shot us an estimate which was about 1/3 what some of the corporate plumbing houses quoted us. we scheduled and Mark was on time with all the tools supplies he needed. Mark went right to work and when he was done he walked me through the installation start to finish. Mark was working next to our water heater and saw that it was > 21 years old and made a heartfelt suggestion that we consider replacing it soon. he gave us a realistic quote and now we need to decide when to have him back. I can not express enough the appreciation for the knowledge and professionalism that both Mark and Stella provided!

Justin came to our house to give an estimate for a water softener, and found that the copper in the basement was shot. Justin was very detailed in what needed to be done. As he was getting ready to go, my husband came home. Justin sat down and explained everything he needed to do to him. Justin was very professional, and you could tell he was very genuine. My husband hired him and we couldn't be more pleased. It's not everyday that you get a person who is willing to not only show up, but is knowledgeable in their job and goes the extra mile to make sure that you understand everything he said, plus, to stay and repeat everything again to another person. Nolan was fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and quickly figured out where our sewer gas issue was coming from. He performed a smoke test, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. He came prepared to perform one job but ended up repairing more than what I thought was wrong.
