No one's perfect, plus my issue was not taken care of. So I didn't give five stars. However Andrew and Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job of checking all the various places under the kitchen sink, the plumbing. Incluing down in the crawl space. Discussed the options with me.Did not try scare tactics or forcing any issues / work to be done. Explained various options available. Very much appreciate them, good job! Alex did an excellent job of letting us know what was going on and getting it set up so that we can get things taken care of.
Ben was our tech today and he did such a wonderful job and was so helpful. He came within an hour of us calling and fixed our plumbing clog. They always do such a great job and they’re our go to plumbers!
My “on demand” water heater, over 11 years old, required service, for lack of producing hot water. The repair was estimated to be around $1000.00 and could not guarantee. Opted for replacement of unit. I was scheduled the very next morning and am so happy! Hunter and his assistant were fabulous! 5/5 stars!
Needed kitchen sink drain pipes replaced. I found Benjamin Franklin on a handyman website. They were able to schedule an appointment and come out the next morning. From the get go responses were fast and communication was plenty. Dustin was respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the work with no issues. Although on the higher end of cost I appreciate the quick turnaround, plentiful communication and am confident in the work done by Dustin.
We were so pleased with the timely and thorough service, especially during an emergent situation. Our technician, Ira, was top-notch - he was extremely kind and explained the needs and repairs completely, and his work ethic was impressive.
Called Ben Franklin Plumbing out they arrived fast and resolved my plumbing problem. Lauren came out to leaking toilet got part to fix and was done in no time. I will call Ben Franklin for any future plumbing problem I might have.

Even though the work isn’t completely done the service gets the stars. From settings the appointment with Maureen very nice. Daniel coming to the house twice and Rich the owner wanting to make sure I was satisfied as well, I thank them all.
When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
Jake was very efficient and explained what needed to be done clearly. He worked fast and was done within a reasonable amount of time. He was friendly and also helpful, even bringing boxes delivered to our house inside without being asked! Thank you Jake!
