Rodney did an excellent job!! Our water heater was just fine!! We filled the washer and ran a short cycle!! Found out the drain behind the washer was leaking!! This is where the washer empties into!! We are happy customers!!
Howard did a great job replacing 5 shut off valves, installing a faucet and a toilet tank. He is meticulous and takes the time to verify the work is done right. A plumber these days is expensive and Benjamin Franklin is at the upper end in terms of service charges. They do good work and get the job done.

My faucet repair was a good experience. The assessment, statement of work, and execution of repair were excellent. The Service Technician Jerry was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me in the loop as the repair progressed. He discussed the repair and gave options to resolve the drywall repair in addition to the repair inside and outside of my home.
Ken was excellent and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to fix my drainage issue and came the same day to fix my plumbing issue. I did not want to stay awake overnight worrying about it..so by showing up the same day of my issue it alleviated me of alot of anxiety. He is "THE Best"
