We started our day discovering a ruptured pipe, and it rippled out revealing floor and wall damage. As the day ends, we have a new water heater with a Brita water softener and filtration system installed and look forward to a hot shower to end the day. Want to give a very happy shout out to Nick at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on Plainfield NE. Had a main sewer line clog in our basement this am 😣 we needed taken care of. Called Pat at BFP and he checked schedule for Friday afternoon. We were gratefully told someone would be over within the hour. A few minutes later, Nick the manager of Plainfield location was here. Very friendly, wonderful transparency about plan of action and totally up front about cost. From his shoe covers in the house to his service explanation as he worked, we were extremely satisfied. It was a huge job that required replacing part of the sewer drain, installing a clean out location and clearing the clogged line from the stack to the new clean out location. It also required a new drain line from the laundry room to the new clean out, as the old line was not up to code, and was a big part of the problem with the clogging line. The crew brought the hustle and the muscle to get the job done! They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed through the whole process. I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin for all my plumbing needs.
