The main pipe feeding the fire suppression sprinkler at our office burst one evening. Turned the water off at the street but not before about 8-10k gallons of water were floating around in the crawl space under our building. Gene came over the next morning and gave us an estimate to fix the pipe. He was kind enough not to complain about the standing water and was very thorough with his explanation of the repair. We now have water running again and are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend this company!
Arrived on time. Identified root of the problem and suggested cost effective repairs and updated several items to code. Efficient, professional, reasonably priced. So impressed that we signed up for the preferred customer membership with the free annual inspection and priority scheduling and 15% discount on any work. I love that they map out the pipes and shut offs, etc so that any technician will be able to fill in seamlessly. Makes a lot of sense. Highly recommend!

Christopher Marts was highly professional, explained our repair needs in language even I could understand, was efficient and thorough in testing our gas lines, knowledgeable about old and new fixtures and techniques. His assistant, Bret Rogers, also was excellent. Together today they performed major pipe restoration superbly and efficiently, showing considerable care to make the system parts accessible, well-protected, adherent to current codes (and told me about upcoming code changes), and even assisted in communicating w/ gas company. I had a spigot that needed repair and wanted a quote to run a gas line to my kitchen stove. Carter took in all the information. He and I went into the attic to see how the gas lines were currently configured. He also found that our pressure valve was not regulating the inbound water pressure. He explained it all to me. Walked me through the repair work and gave me options--no pressure. I expected to be without water for the rest of the day --- because if I'd tried to repair any of it, that's about how long it would take before I gave up. Anyway Carter took care of all of the plumbing stuff in a little over an hour. Work was done well and everything was put back as before --- just no leaks now. Really appreciate how easy this was. The service on today was great! Chase Mayo came out did what was asked of. No hesitation. Walked and worked the job start to finish.
