Ben was our tech today and he did such a wonderful job and was so helpful. He came within an hour of us calling and fixed our plumbing clog. They always do such a great job and they’re our go to plumbers!

When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes. This company continues to amaze. This is the second time I’ve had to use them, for different reasons of course. First, the customer service was great. From the set up of the appointment to the follow up of the technician. Second, the pricing was steep but fair for the service that was involved. My technician was Evan, the coolest guy around. He keeps you up to date on what he’s doing and if you ask questions he doesn’t mind assisting and answering what he knows. I’m glad I called Benjamin Franklin and was thankful to have Evan as my technician.
Amazing experience! Paul came out this weekend and did an incredible job! Not only did he diagnose the issues clearly and simply, but prepared the exact resolution plan we needed and quick! Then spent the whole day Saturday getting our bathrooms back in working order, a solid new water heater, and a soft water system to counteract the Florida sediment.
