Excellent experience with Cody today. He had to come back a second time to help us with installing fixtures I purchased the day before when we discovered a water leak under the sink. At any rate, he showed up the next day and helped us.. it cost double, however, because he had to come back.. I wish my husband would have just let him install the fixtures instead of trying to do it himself.. but you can’t blame a guy for trying!🙃
We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing minutes before their closing time of 7 pm, which was a surprise. Most businesses close earlier and have a voicemail option. I explained our issue to the woman who answered. She was so pleasant and helpful. We were running out of hot water. She told me that Josh could be here by 8:30 am the very next morning and would come equipped with a new hot water heater if ours needed to be replaced, and if he didn’t have the size we wanted onboard, he could have one delivered from their warehouse to our house within minutes. Josh arrived on time, he had what we wanted, and installed the new unit. He and Tanner were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. My husband wasn’t home, but Josh talked with him and explained the options and pricing over the phone. All the way around, it was a great experience. I’m happy to have found our “forever” plumber.
I had the pleasure of meeting one of their employees, Michael, this morning for an estimate. He took the time to walk me through everything and also educated me on plumbing and safety. Taylor and Jhonathan did great they addressed my concerns and got my situation settled quickly and easy thank you so much Im excited to have a drain installed no more spills and if there is theres somewhere for the water to go in I have a new build but they did not install a drain so I had a spill you would figure it would be code but its not so thank you !!!

Tyler was our service person. He showed up early and was able to quickly provide a price quote. We had a Rheem water heater under warranty so he disconnected and we met at Home Depot and returned the old one and purchased the new. He returned and promptly installed the new one and made sure everything worked properly. The price was $300 less than the one quoted from the Home Depot installer. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin as well as Tyler.
Adam came out twice to investigate two separate leaks, and he did an excellent job both times. He was thorough in his inspection and provided great advice on who to contact for further assistance. He even went the extra mile by calling the company ahead of time to inform them about our water issues. Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
