We had a gas leak and BF sent Ethan promptly to our house. He was extremely thorough in finding any and all problems. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in detail. A well-intentioned neighbor removed a stuck water hose from my front yard faucet and broke the water pipe in the process. He repaired the break with a shark-bite fitting, which worked for a few hours but started leaking. Well-intentions notwithstanding, I recognized I needed a professional and called Benjamin Franklin. Micah Moore arrived at the appointment time, assessed the damage, and made the repair: he removed the fitting, welded the pipe and installed a new faucet. Micah is skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He made time to answer my questions and made me feel confident the repair would hold. It was a great experience and as an ancillary bonus, I learned about PVC vs poly and metal pipes and water pressure! Highly recommend.
