We started our day discovering a ruptured pipe, and it rippled out revealing floor and wall damage. As the day ends, we have a new water heater with a Brita water softener and filtration system installed and look forward to a hot shower to end the day. The main pipe feeding the fire suppression sprinkler at our office burst one evening. Turned the water off at the street but not before about 8-10k gallons of water were floating around in the crawl space under our building. Gene came over the next morning and gave us an estimate to fix the pipe. He was kind enough not to complain about the standing water and was very thorough with his explanation of the repair. We now have water running again and are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend this company!
Arrived on time. Identified root of the problem and suggested cost effective repairs and updated several items to code. Efficient, professional, reasonably priced. So impressed that we signed up for the preferred customer membership with the free annual inspection and priority scheduling and 15% discount on any work. I love that they map out the pipes and shut offs, etc so that any technician will be able to fill in seamlessly. Makes a lot of sense. Highly recommend!
Ben was great! He assessed the problem quickly and got to work. He needed to go get a new shower kit with head and handle and let him pick it out for me. He did great on the style and color. He had to go thru the bedroom wall but helped to move the furniture and was as clean as possible while working. He helped return everything g to its place and the shower now works great! Ben was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
