The main pipe feeding the fire suppression sprinkler at our office burst one evening. Turned the water off at the street but not before about 8-10k gallons of water were floating around in the crawl space under our building. Gene came over the next morning and gave us an estimate to fix the pipe. He was kind enough not to complain about the standing water and was very thorough with his explanation of the repair. We now have water running again and are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend this company!

Ang was outstanding today. He arrived within 45 minutes of my calling the office regarding a just discovered hot leaky water heater. He quickly assessed the problem and provided the bad news that I needed to replace my old water heater. He then produced 4 different estimates for the replacement. He was friendly, helpful, and responsive. He is an asset for Ben Franklin.
