Turned the water off at the street but not before about 8-10k gallons of water were floating around in the crawl space under our building. Gene came over the next morning and gave us an estimate to fix the pipe. He was kind enough not to complain about the standing water and was very thorough with his explanation of the repair. We now have water running again and are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend this company!
