One of the best home repair experiences I have ever had. I called based on Google reviews and was promptly connected with a technician (Braden Kendzel). He texted me his ETA, arrived promptly, identified issues and offered concrete solutions and options. Gave me a reasonable quote, allowed me the option of prioritizing the project and executed it immaculately! Exemplary!

I am very happy with Benjamin Frankin plumbing. Today was the second time I've needed plumbing services this month, 2 separate issues. Carmen did her best to fit me in. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Darren explained everything and left the work area much cleaner than he found it. Braden and Darren were very friendly and polite. I would trust either of them for any plumbing work. A great team of people to work with.

Braden replaced two toilets and did excellent work. Overall, they were able to provide a quick and very reasonable quote. The work was scheduled right away and performed efficiently. Very happy with the results. I absolutely recommend them and will continue use their services.

I was hesitant to call a plumber for leaky bathroom faucets. I thought this was something I surely should be able to figure out myself, and as I called around I was astounded at the prices quoted. But eventually I called Benjamin Franklin and spoke with Field (sp?) who was very helpful in explaining their process and even offered to waive the trip charge if I decided not to go through with the repair. Braden, the technician, was friendly, professional and let me hover over him and ask questions during the whole process, by the end of which I was convinced that there was no way I could have fixed the problems myself. It was still a lot of money, not out of the range of other plumbers I contacted, but I feel confident that it was done right and with a two year guarantee.
