Hello, We were visited by Alex and Luke today. It was a joy having them in our Home. They were both extremely professional not to mention two of the most genuinely nice service individuals I have ever met. No one's perfect, plus my issue was not taken care of. So I didn't give five stars. However Andrew and Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job of checking all the various places under the kitchen sink, the plumbing. Incluing down in the crawl space. Discussed the options with me.Did not try scare tactics or forcing any issues / work to be done. Explained various options available. Very much appreciate them, good job! Alex did an excellent job of letting us know what was going on and getting it set up so that we can get things taken care of.

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing regarding an issue with a leak. They were able to schedule an appointment for us quickly. Our technician Grayson was professional and very thorough. He worked hard to determine the source of our issue without cutting any corners and provided recommendations to repair the problem. Ten years ago I bought a foreclosure property that has since needed a significant amount of plumbing work. David Gomez at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is amazing—he’s efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. He’s very honest and straightforward about pacing major plumbing repairs, which I really appreciate, and obviously cares about people as real people. I will continue to use this company and will continue to refer David to my friends. The schedulers are also really nice and understanding; I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere for plumbing needs.

We had a new hot water installed and after the first technician left, I no longer had any water in my kitchen so I had to call the company back, Jesse showed up and immediately was able to fix the problem and restored my faith in Benjamin Franklin. Jesse is a true asset to your company and was able to explain what happened in that I am not a plumber. The company was quick to act and very professional. I will be requesting Jesse on all future work.
Johnny Mendoza is a very good plumber, hard worker, willing to please and a great working personality. A great guy who looks to make the job perfect and making the customer aware of all that was done and most of all happy! His assistant was also excellent. Going to use them again tomorrow:-) Update: the toilet and faucet were not finished correctly!! Good thing Jake took care of it……he must be the closer👍🏻 thanks Jake🇺🇸😎 Nope, Jake was the reliever and Nick is the closer!!!! Nick is VERY knowledgeable and he cares.
