We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because we had a leak we couldn’t locate. Joe P. was the technician/plumber who came out, and he was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He called ahead to say he was on his way and showed up right when he said, which was very appreciated. Joe thoroughly inspected every possible source until he found the issue. He clearly explained what he was checking, how he identified the problem, and what our options were to fix it. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after the repair. We’ll be requesting Joe specifically for any future plumbing needs. He truly represents outstanding service.

First time that Ben Franklin came here for work. I needed a water line run to my new refrigerator. The obvious thing to do was run an underfloor line from the refrigerator location to the nearby sink plumbing. But a quick exam of my very low crawl space showed that the ventilation ductwork made that route impossible. Fortunately, the water line to my utility room washing machine could be quickly tapped to run the line through the wall. I also appreciated that the plumber helped me position and set my refrigerator to finish the project. Will be calling Ben Franklin for a future project. Thanks!
Technician Matthew was amazing. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. The job ended up being more than what he came out to do and he stayed to finish everything that needed to be done. I definitely would recommend this company to friends and family

Austin was great. We called in for a leak to our main water switch and after he repaired it he noticed a huge spot of rust on the water heater. It looked awful! He said it wasn’t safe and should be replaced. He left and an hour later he had a new water heater with him and he installed it so quickly! He worked really quietly and kept his area really clean. He even put in the extra effort to remove a broken water softener we were no longer using. I will always call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, thank you Austin!!!
Excellent service. Friendly and very professional. I had two jobs done. In both cases Mathew diagnosed the problem in minutes, ordered the part that was needed, and set up another appointment. Then Armando returned to get the job done. Both technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, and the communication between the members of the whole team is amazing.
Joe and Anthony were AMAZING. Had me up and running in two days. Im so glad that I called BF Plumbing. Couldn't be more happy with the quality, promptness and friendliness of these guys. Thank you!

Benjamin Franklin came out to install two toilets they also snaked my pipe with a camera to see if there is any damage to pipes the job went very well he's knowledgeable great Craftsman clean work great customer service I would recommend Anthony and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
