We had a sub pump replaced that went bad after only a month (still under warranty) that had been kinda' costly. Almost by default I was prepared to put up a fight, assuming their would be a slew of fees or haggling to fix the issue, but Benjamin Franklin was able to send out the same tech who worked us before within a day, replaced it, and even improved it all without a hassle or an additional fee. I was very impressed with how easy & stress free they made the process, and happy to have selected them as our service provide. I'll be sure to reach out to them for future needs as well. Ty!
