After a review of the things I wanted fixed he made suggestions for other things that needed to be done without any pressure. He was able to Provide me with options and Cost right away. We started our day discovering a ruptured pipe, and it rippled out revealing floor and wall damage. As the day ends, we have a new water heater with a Brita water softener and filtration system installed and look forward to a hot shower to end the day.
