I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The technician arrived Promptly as scheduled. After a review of the things I wanted fixed he made suggestions for other things that needed to be done without any pressure. He was able to Provide me with options and Cost right away. He was very Knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. I was grateful that he was able to get my many problems solved in one day. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the products I received. We started our day discovering a ruptured pipe, and it rippled out revealing floor and wall damage. As the day ends, we have a new water heater with a Brita water softener and filtration system installed and look forward to a hot shower to end the day. Nick, he was our Ben Franklin savior- nice, personalable, and knowledgeable! We would recommend Ben Franklin!

Moreau was exceptional! Explained everything and also showed me how to use the water softener. Waiting for electrician to come on Tuesday to install the gfi outlet. Wonderful person!! Will definitely do business with them!
