I called Ben Franklin Plumbing due to a water leak in pipes/valve and water was everywhere! The receptionist was great and was able to get me on the schedule right away. My technician was Seth and he was fantastic. This is the second time we have called Benjamin Franklin to replace our water heater. Once again our technician, Kenneth, was professional and informed us of our options.
