I needed to setup a couple of washer dryer units in the basement of my 4 unit property. They are prompt and the quality of work is very good. They were referred to me by my Realtor and I needed this done quickly so I did not quotes from any other company. So I can’t quite whether the pricing was right. I am otherwise happy with their work. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and understand the century old homes in San Francisco.
Excellent Plumbing Service! Mattew from BF Plumbing Company fixed my bathtub drainage issue quickly and professionally for free. The water had been draining very slowly, and he solved the problem efficiently. He also worked on a plumbing project at my home last summer, and once again, his service was excellent — reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!
Wayne was fantastic. He came in the morning and replaced my water heater. I was so relieved since the heater is in my hallway and was slowly leaking. I called the other plumbers (in the evening) and I didn't get any call backs until mid morning. Ben Franklin answered my call in the evening and made appointment and they were out the next morning. Others advertise about quick call back, but that didn't happen. If you're having plumbing problem, ask for Wayne. He is a delight.

I had my Rinnai tankless water heater annual flush service was done through Benjamin Franklin. Getting an appointment was very easy. Wayne Keeling from their team showed up promptly and did an awesome job of an entire house faucet / plumbing inspection and performed tankless water heater flush service. He patiently answered all my questions regarding water filter system for the house. They are a very reasonable business. I was very happy with Wayne and Benjamin Franklin team’s service. I highly recommend them.
