Love this company, and Rad has always been the best when he’s come out for our plumbing issues. This time he came with Ryan and they were both awesome and professional, they had to get on the roof and even cleaned some of our gutters! They quote you honestly and stay true to it. They showed up earlier than expected (days). I strongly recommend this company due to its high quality customer service and the professionalism of their employees. It’s never a great time to have to call for a plumber, but it is nice to have a company who you can call that’s trustworthy.

Lonnie was very respectful, knowledgeable and precise. I researched the cost of the part and was a bit blown away by the cost of labor. It would have been more appropriate to reduce the cost by the cost of the service visit which is how other companies operate. I realize that nothing is cheap and will most probably call them again if I have any further issues. Btw they came out the same day and was able to come earlier than originally proposed. That’s a bonus.

Chris came to the house, and presented very professionally. HE WAS THE PUNCTUAL PLUMBER! Chris worked well with A. J. who was the lead man for the tankless water heater installation. Together, they completed the installation and unit commissioning. Good job, very well done. Site was cleaned up, and all is well

I always receive wonderful service from Benjamin Franklin. AJ is professional, courteous, patient, and answered all of my questions. I even came away with estimates to upgrade my water heater, and discovered some unexpected damage to a faucet, which I will be contacting BF to fix for us.
