*Water heater flushing and tune up is free on the 1 year anniversary of membership during the annual home inspection. ** Flushing is at the discretion of the technician based on the condition of the appliance.
Membership terms: $17.76 per month plus tax. Payments will be drafted automatically through credit or debit card on the 1st or 15th of the month. Membership can be canceled at any time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for termination processing.

My very old furnace was in need of replacing and my long time plumber doesn’t install them, but he really came through with a recommendation of Ben Franklin plumbing, I called in the morning and they sent Alex Loranger out that afternoon, he was very helpful in recommending a replacement and scheduling the install. Great service! They showed up on time, were neat and tidy, and wore booties which was appreciated. The work done was better than expected as I needed a slop sink and pump installed for my washer and dryer setup. Honest and hard workers. Tyler was great.

I had a water heater emergency and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing understood the urgency of my need and sent a plumber quickly to firstly assess the problem. I was given a detailed explanation of my options and also an estimate. The plumber answered all my questions thoroughly and in a manner that i could understand the process, so as to allow me to make an educated decision. On the day of install the office scheduled me promptly so i would not be without hot water over the wknd. Also they allowed me to get my chimney liner installed in the morning and they arrived promptly in the afternoon. The plumbers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of work was excellent and the experience was positive! I strongly recommend this company!
