Technician was super on time, assessed the issue as to why hot water was not coming out of shower. Gave us the price and had the replacement part on the truck. He wore booties, was considerate to clean up and wipe down the shower and caulked up the shower area! PJ Johnston thank you for the expert service - a seasoned professional. The team of Greg and Walter is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 starts if there is the option. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the trash, and there is nothing left for me to do except enjoy my unlimited hot water supplies from tankless water heater. It is amazing!
Excellent company. The visit was for a check up on the heating and cooling system. Very prompt and courteous. Ben Franklin Plumbers installed a new hot water heater for us and we took advantage of their annual contract where they stop in and review all plumbing functions in the house. Ken stopped in yesterday and reviewed everything - EVERYTHING- and verbally offered suggestions. He’s very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our discussions.
