When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. Called on Sunday due to a leak. Very responsive. Nicholas came out and checked things and was in contact with his supervisor Tom who also came over. After much evaluation it was determined a pipe had broken under the foundation. They began repairs the very next day.
