We had severe water hammer in our home, and we were worried it would result in a leak. We contacted the company, and they were able to send out someone immediately. From the moment Stefan arrived, he was the example of professionalism. He very clearly explained what was going on, some preventive measures, and some recommendations for our home overall. We agreed on the scope of work that would take place, and Stefan gave very transparent pricing. Due to our confidence in Stefan, we even decided to go ahead and get a water filtration system as well. 5star person, 5star installation, 5star experience. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in Stefan to get our plumbing needs accomplished. He was just an all around good dude.

Stephan has truly been amazing through this entire process. He educated us about our plumbing system and the impacts that the hard water was having on her appliances, toilets, showers, etc…. He made everything quick and easy and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

What a day. We found out that we had a really bad water leak. We also needed our water main valve replaced. So we went to Angie's list and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was first on the list. They called us immediately once we filled out the request. I was able to get a same day service call 12 to 4 pm. Wow that's great. They were able to fix the leak. This was by far the best customer service. Matt and Christian did an excellent job. I will always ask for them. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is now my permanent plumbing service. Thank you Tim M.

Stephan replaced my water heater and installed my under-sink water filter — outstanding work from start to finish. The original install in my home had real issues (bad expansion tank, exposed wiring, heavy sediment from a tank never flushed in 7 years) and he addressed everything properly: new heater, bracket-mounted expansion tank pre-charged to home pressure, clean electrical, and a clean filter install. Fair price, quality work, real professionalism. Highly recommended.

Stephan did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. During his inspection, he quickly noticed that the existing water softener had been installed incorrectly, which could have led to bigger issues later on. He was able to replace the water heater and install a new filtration system all in one day, saving me time and future expenses. His knowledge, attention to detail, and efficiency really stood out. Stephan showed A1 professionalism from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and honest, I highly recommend his services!
