Had a plumbing emergency under my kitchen sink involving an under sink water heater. I’d used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past and called same. I specifically asked for their tech Leroy Staggers as he’d been to my home years ago. He responded and went over my issue, quoted me a price and replaced same with a new heater he had on his truck. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and Mr Staggers.

John Andrews was at my home yesterday and after my home inspection pointed out several things that needed replacement; if not now, it would be soon. I trust Benjamin Franklin and have found them to be honest and fair. I went ahead and authorized John to go ahead and make the necessary repairs. He was pleasant and hard-working. When he had finished there was no mess left behind. I am very happy with the work that was completed.

John did a wonderful job replacing my water heater. He put down plastic runner to protect the floor and cleaned up afterwards. He even helped me to take things out the closet so he could get to water heater. I highly recommend him.
