My faucet repair was a good experience. The assessment, statement of work, and execution of repair were excellent. The Service Technician Jerry was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me in the loop as the repair progressed. He discussed the repair and gave options to resolve the drywall repair in addition to the repair inside and outside of my home.

Great experience. My tech was fast, efficient, and very personable. I was very impressed with the quality of work and how I was educated on water heater. No one wants to hear an expensive item has to be replaced but having peace of mind can make it more tolerable. Would definitely use their services again
I went downstairs in the evening and found our well pump had leaked and flooded our basement. I called Ben Franklin that night and the service technician was able to come early the next day. We ended up getting a full pump and filter replacement. Ira, our technician, was able to get the parts and install the entire pump, new tank and filter, in less than 24 hours after i reported the incident! He did a very thorough job, and was very professional and nice to work with. Excellent service, we will be using them again for projects in the future.
