Water heater of 23 years finally died! We decided to pull the plug and have a tankless-on demand unit installed. This is where Jamie comes in and he did a fantastic/professional job. Very thorough and explained it all! Very happy customer 😃

An excellent experience. Jamie, our tech, was knowledgeable, polite, and did great work. Even our cat trusted him. Also appreciate all the additional testing (pressure, water quality, chlorine) and did not hard sell on upgrades. Gave us multiple estimates and even did the install same day. Prices comparable to other vendors.

Very quick service. He was here about two hours after I called, and hours before the appointment window. (They asked if earlier would work when I originally called.) He explained all my options, and complete the repair very efficiently. We have bern using Northern Heating and Air since we bought our house over 2 years ago, and I’m glad they have expanded to offer plumbing services too. I know I can trust them, and they are very responsive when I call with a problem. I would (and have) recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brent and associate (sorry I forgot his name) from Ben Franklin Plumbing were outstanding! They recently came out to assess our water heater and water softener, and their professionalism and expertise were immediately evident. Brent explained everything in detail, helping us understand the condition of our systems and offering honest recommendations without any pressure. What really impressed us was how thoroughly they investigated the salt bridge and couple of minor leaks we’d noticed. Brent quickly pinpointed the issues and took the time to troubleshoot and walk us through the solutions. His work was neat, efficient, and incredibly well-organized—he left everything cleaner than he found it! It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such great customer service. Brent is a true professional, and we’ll absolutely be calling on him again in the future. Highly recommend!
