UPDATE: I had an issue with the previous work that was done. I won't go into the details here but I want to speak on the integrity of the owner (Austin) of the Marietta location. I addressed my concerns to Austin and he responded with a follow- up call. His professionalism and display of integrity was refreshing as he worked with me on making the situation right. I want to address this on this platform because finding people who are still willing to do the right thing and operate with integrity is becoming increasingly rare (in all industry's). So, I want to publicly thank you Austin for your work and for sending Shelby who also knew what he was doing and serviced the job professionally. It is this kind of service that goes a long way. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber to use Benjamin Franklin of Marietta. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They were very thorough, responsive, and up-front with their pricing! Gene was very kind and professional. He did great job installing a new water heater and left our house cleaner than it was before! I would also like to shout out Austin for his clear and responsive communication!
