Just a follow up: Unfortunately, the repair requested by the warranty company didn’t resolved the problem. But thanks to the team, Iris, Michael, and Jeff, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in League City, they quickly coordinated with the home warranty company to approve the full replacement at a very reasonable price. Best yet is that they got it in the next day! I recommend this company! A new issue cropped up as a result of the cold weather, Neil came out gave me an estimate on a Friday and was able to get the work done, and done well, the next Monday. Nicely done! Thank you!
Neil did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet. Explained everything from the quote, job and how to use the new sprayer 😊 will definitely use them again when I get our new pot filler.
Neil and Jeff were very helpful AND honest about my plumbing inspection. They are going to fix a couple of current issues and gave me some options about future needs. No pressure! Neil even pointed out that my attic ladder has a big split in the wood. And, they are fastidious about wearing shoe coverings!! Highly recommend!
