As always, a great experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing! Yes, they were a little late getting here, but sometimes she you can't help that when jobs take a little bit longer than you expect. Once they got here they went right to work and wow, they Really got things done quickly! They also answered any questions I had. No wonder we've used them for the past 20 years. they may cost just a little bit more than others, but they get the job done and they get it done right!

Christopher Marts was highly professional, explained our repair needs in language even I could understand, was efficient and thorough in testing our gas lines, knowledgeable about old and new fixtures and techniques. His assistant, Bret Rogers, also was excellent. Together today they performed major pipe restoration superbly and efficiently, showing considerable care to make the system parts accessible, well-protected, adherent to current codes (and told me about upcoming code changes), and even assisted in communicating w/ gas company. Matthew was very courteous. The job was quick! 5 minutes at best! I really appreciate his customer service. He even asked was there anything else we needed him to look at before he left. Now that's going above and beyond what average people do. Masterful job Matthew.

Our main sewer line in the house was not draining, causing a toilet and floor drain to overflow in our basement. I submitted a work request via Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's website. It said the plumber would be there anywhere from over an hour to about five hours. However, Donny Thurman arrived way earlier than that. He covered the cost and so forth before starting. Note that there is one cost for the work and a separate trip fee. In my case, there was a special going on that lowered the work fee to $107. Add in the trip fee, and it was a total of $195. It typically would be much more. In my case, I was more than willing to pay this, especially with how fast the technician was to arrive. Donny was very professional, thorough, and friendly. My clog happened to be in the line that is inside the house. He snaked the drain, and everything was working normally. To ensure there was no other issues, he snaked to the street as well. I truly appreciate Donny coming so quickly and being so thorough. We are all back to normal now. Thanks again, Donny, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

We called to have two outdoor Spigots replaced due to their age and said there was no hurry. Evan came out within several hours on time, assessed the situation, told us the plan and how much it would cost approximately and did a perfect job of installing our spigots. He was friendly and professional. He got the job done in a very acceptable amount of time. We were very pleased with the service we received from Benjamin Franklin, and we especially liked the way Evan handled our case.
