I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an unexpected issue with my sump pump. I am not in town at the moment and they made everything easy and simple to set up the appt. They answered all of my questions and their after hours/weekend pricing was more affordable than most. Jake V. came to our rescue and was clear and direct with his assessment, diagnosis and solution. He was even able to stay and do the work immediately. He really made a very stressful situation feel easy.

Brent came in and assessed the old water heater leak at bottom of unit not repairable, base area all corroded. Gave replacements options and we signed on the spot for him to install new water heater. He went over whole process and then went to work. Outstanding job. From start on inspection to completion only 2 1/2 hrs. Wore boot slips on boots, rolled out runners on carpet, hauled old heater out and cleaned up then reviewed features on new water heater. A very nice gentleman. Matthew was very courteous. The job was quick! 5 minutes at best! I really appreciate his customer service. He even asked was there anything else we needed him to look at before he left. Now that's going above and beyond what average people do. Masterful job Matthew.

My original shutoff valve (70+ yrs) for my outdoor faucet (under my kitchen sink) needed replacing, and Anthony was my technician. He was prompt, extremely courteous, and I was left with a job well done…. and also learned a few things! 👍👍 For any future needs, I will definitely ask for Anthony!
