Water Heater Guarantees

- All warranties are applicable to the original homeowner at the time of service or repair unless otherwise stated
- Freezing or damage caused by the freezing
- Damage due to water quality
- Damage due to water pressure
- If any person attempts to repair, adjust, dismantle, alter, relocate or perform maintenance other than one of our certified technicians
- Acts of God, riot or war that damage the plumbing i.e. lightning, vandalism
- The account goes to collections, fraudulent check division, or if the job is not paid for in full by the agreed upon terms
