Benjamin Franklin plumbing and my tech was Eric Charon. First of all they were very fast to come out. Eric was awesome he helped me layout the whole hole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. Told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Benjamin Franklin plumbing other than I know I found a company to help me out with plumbing. Definitely recommend this company!

First, I appreciated I was able to schedule and communicate with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing via text. Eric arrived promptly as scheduled, conducted our septic pump-out project professionally and left our property in pristine condition. He re-covered the septic tank lid with mulch but left the cleanout exposed so it would be easy to find, and explained this to me. I'll look forward to calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing back the next time we need service or if something else arises, in the meantime.
