Patrick did an excellent job in both his service calls to my home. I have the annual membership which has been a great deal and I’ve been very happy with the service from Benjamin Franklin - Gilbert. Patrick was very patient, professional and polite. I love learning about all things and how things work and Patrick let me ask questions as he worked and did an awesome job explaining everything. He gave me answers to all my questions I had. I really appreciate those that have a heart for teaching and I felt like Patrick demonstrated that well. Highly recommend them based on my experience thus far.

Patrick came out to replace the water heater at my house. Super polite; and was very informative on ways to improve the life span and durability of the water heater. Did a great job of getting in and out and making sure everything was good before he had me pay.

Had a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms and in the kitchen sink. Benjamin Franklin got me in the next day even though it was a holiday weekend. Kylle Smith came out he was very helpful and attentive. He fixed the issue and gave me a lot of information on how to maintain our plumbing in our home. I'm so grateful for the help I received!
