Fantastic service. Hot water heater working. Leaking at the bottom. Francisco came to the house. We thoroughly discussed my options. Decided tankless system was my best option. Francisco was able to replace entire system the same day. His work was outstanding. He completed the install in under 5 hours and left my garage cleaner than when he started. My service tech Kylle was very professional and friendly. He was on time, thorough, explained everything he was doing. He did an annual water heater flush, but also checked my water softer and tested my water for hard water. He ensured to answer all of my questions and provided me with his business card in case I had any other questions after he left. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

I recently had Kylle come out to move the drain for our guest bathroom for a new vanity we were having installed. He came out that day and he was very friendly and up front about all the work. Even though we had an issue after getting into the wall, it was going to need more work, time, and cost, he was straight forward and gave me option.
