Excellent experience with Cody today. He had to come back a second time to help us with installing fixtures I purchased the day before when we discovered a water leak under the sink. At any rate, he showed up the next day and helped us.. it cost double, however, because he had to come back.. Tyler was our service person. He showed up early and was able to quickly provide a price quote. We had a Rheem water heater under warranty so he disconnected and we met at Home Depot and returned the old one and purchased the new. He returned and promptly installed the new one and made sure everything worked properly. The price was $300 less than the one quoted from the Home Depot installer. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin as well as Tyler.
