Absolutely 5 star experience!! I called Benjamin Franklin Pluming in need of a new water heater. They were able to come out the same day, I signed up for the membership that comes with perks on future services. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend you call them.

Hunter and Nazibu did an amazing job on my repair. They were able to get there way earlier than expected which was nice as my situation was urgent. I was informed they would be coming early. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and got the job completed in a few hours on the same day I called. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for future repair needs😊

Randy Cooper is an excellent plumber. My 2 toilets have been running periodically for a long time and he knew what the problem was before he got into the bathrooms, and promptly fixed them. He gave me good advice on a couple things and also suggested I call water company about adjusting my water & sewer bills. I found him to be very nice and knowledgeable. I was very happy with him and will call again if needed!!!!

My “on demand” water heater, over 11 years old, required service, for lack of producing hot water. The repair was estimated to be around $1000.00 and could not guarantee. Opted for replacement of unit. I was scheduled the very next morning and am so happy! Hunter and his assistant were fabulous! 5/5 stars!

My technician was quick to respond to the call. I had a sump pump issue and I thought it would take hours for someone to come out. My technician was very patient while I explained everything that was going on and also very polite. Very knowledgeable on the new pump and battery system he installed for me. His kindness and hard work was very much appreciated!
