I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice so far. Sean McDonough was the Plummer both time. First time I called he came the same day. The next time I called, he came the day after I called. He explained what I needed, showed me different options and prices. After the work was completed, he not only showed me what he did, but also explained everything he did. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional both time. I am well pleased and will be using them in the future if need arises.

Sean called to advise he would arrive in a few minutes. He did so and went right to work starting the annual cleaning of our tankless hot water system and then checking out the bathrooms and kitchen. All was in good order, and while the water heater process proceeded, Sean answered a few questions I had. As usual with your employees, he was friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks.

Great experience, arrived in first half hour of 10 to 2 pm window. Explained the process of what he would be doing in replacing outside hose faucet..also broke down what the new frost free Faucet did and not to leave hose on in frost time periods. Another satisfactory job by Shawn and Ben Franklin

Our service tech Matthew was great. He was within the time assigned to us, and immediately found the problem that 4 other previous techs couldn’t. He was very polite and knowledgeable and his service was greatly appreciated.
