We needed a new water heater and Alex got it scheduled the same day! They are very good at texting and calling when on the way which is so appreciated! We had a backed up drain with standing water. Daniel arrived and figured out the best course of action. He did everything very professionally making sure I knew what was going on and doing a thorough job. I couldn't be happier with the results, especially with the amount of grease build up he had to combat in the drain. Ilija did a phenomenal job, and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! He helped us with a water softener and fixed an issue with our toilets caused by hard water buildup! He was straightforward with us and highly knowledgeable about the water softener installation and how to fix our toilets. With his no-nonsense approach, Ilija stood out from other plumbers and companies we've dealt with for estimates on water softeners. The other plumbers and companies we've dealt with were salesy, when they didn't have to be because we were going to buy a water softener; we just wanted info on their products! We didn't feel like we were getting straightforward answers to our questions from these other plumbers and companies. But Ilija was the complete opposite, how refreshing! Tony and Riley did an EXCELLENT job installing our water softener only two days after we met with Ilija! We have a new water softener and a dedicated company we'll be using from now on! As VP of Colorado Operations, Cory oversees One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Mister Sparky and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Loveland and Denver. While that's a lot to do, he and his team are handling it all well; they've been honored with 2009 Franchise of the Year, 2010 Employer of Choice Award for Retail, and 2012 and 2014 Division of the Year awards.
Cory has been in the industry for 14 years and believes that the stability of the franchise and income potential are two good reasons for getting into skilled trades with the company. Cory is a California native who married his high school sweetheart and is raising his two children in Loveland.

Operations Manager
Jason has more than 21 years in the business, including the past 11 years with Mister Sparky and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He's lived on both coasts, born in Santa Barbara, California and raised in Warren, Vermont. He and his wife now call Denver home. He says that the key to success is giving 100 percent, an attitude that's resulted in him being named Employee of the Year twice.
When he's not focused on getting great results for customers, he enjoys the great outdoors; as long as it involves mountains or an ocean!
